Alison Fabricius is an Amazon Best-Selling author and passionate business owner and coach with 8 years of experience empowering individuals to live authentically. As the author of Unapologetically Alison, she inspires others to embrace their true selves, understand their fears and motivations, and step into their fullest potential. Alison leads transformative training and workshops that help individuals connect with their authentic selves, enabling them to live boldly and unapologetically in the world.
Born and raised in Cache Valley, Alison discovered her love for travel after a life-changing visit to Cambodia, where she realized she has a wandering soul and a deep desire to explore the world. Currently residing in Logan, UT, she is in the process of writing two more books, continuing to inspire and uplift through her work.
When she’s not writing or speaking, Alison enjoys sewing period clothing, a creative outlet that fuels her passion for history and craftsmanship. With a heart for personal growth and a relentless pursuit of authenticity, Alison Fabricius is dedicated to helping others become the most authentic version of themselves.
Spencer Kohler

Spencer Kohler is an accomplished leader in higher education, workforce development, and student services with over 20 years of experience in higher education administration. He currently serves as the Campus Director at Unitek Learning/Provo College, where his leadership has significantly enhanced student engagement and campus culture.
Throughout his career, Spencer has held key roles in student services, admissions, and academic affairs, including Director of Student Services at Utah State University and Assistant Director of Upward Bound at Southern Utah University. He has also spent over a decade as an adjunct professor, teaching in higher education and delivering impactful instruction to diverse student populations.
A skilled public speaker and educator, Spencer has been presenting workshops, trainings, and keynote addresses for over 20 years, engaging audiences of all sizes on topics ranging from behavioral psychology to leadership strategies. His passion for mentorship and professional growth drives his commitment to empowering students, faculty, and industry professionals.
Spencer holds a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor’s degree in Family Consumer and Human Development from Utah State University, and an Associate’s degree in Family Consumer Science from Dixie State College. Beyond his professional endeavors, he enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family.
